Worth it!

We found your tour through Rick Steve’s guidebook. The guide on our walking tour was informative, interesting and funny. We were able to skip the line and go right inside St. Marks.

Thank you for your positive feedback - we are happy you are mostly satisfied with the tour. This is a small group so naturally the driver-guide must consider the requirements of all participants and follow the itinerary as advertised. It's definitely one of the highlights of our tour. Tour group size large and the microphone/ear piece had static on it making it hard to hear. Very crowded area which makes it difficult for the group to interact together.

Thank you for your feedback - we value comments from all clients. May or June are super high season in Venice so naturally this means - lots of tourists. Venice is a particular city and there is less space than in a metropolis like London or New York so consequently it might be crowded in the alleys but that's not something that our company or guides can control. The tour operates approx with 22-25 people per guide depending if everybody show up or not. We include the headsets so that all participants can hear the guide clearly. Our guides always carry a pair of spare radios so if you notify the guide it is possible to change to a different headset in case there is any technical issue.

Thank you for your positive comments - we are glad you enjoyed exploring the secret corners of Venice with our expert guide! This is beyond our control if other participants are nto careful with their selfie sticks - we advertise the tour as max 8 people per boat as it's an ideal number of people in order for everyone to be comfortable. We look forward to welcoming you on our tours again in the future!

Thank you for taking your time to post your feedback. We double checked your booking and there was no mention the two bookings were linked in any way so we couldn't have known you wanted to travel together. Given the tour logistics last minute changes are not feasible without delaying the departure and consequently causing issues with other pasengers. I understand this might have upset however there is really no mention on the booking about your request. Massimo is a friendly and pleasant guide, he certainly didn't mean to be unkind - he simply was trying to start the tour on time without delay since the boats are available only for a very specific time frame. I am sorry if this was not a very satisfactory tour for you, rest assured our guide meant no offence. I remain at disposal for any further clarification. Best regards, Aleksandra, Sales Dept
