Many of our tours do explore the cultural and economic values of textiles in the many areas we visit, and some of trips do also include live demonstrations of their productions, or talks about them in local marketplaces. In your first call the miscommunication from our sales team was just that our tours are not shopping tours and that shopping for such textiles would need to be done in any travellers' free time, we're sorry it wasn't made more clear that we do explore their cultural value and at time have demonstrations about them included on our tours. Forms are easy. Works well. My basic problem with booking is the lengthy wait for confirmation that the trip is actually going to occur.

We apologies for the delay in guaranteeing a tour, on occasion this can take some time to reach the minimum number of participants we need for a tour, this has been a bit tougher in the pandemic period, but we always make sure to guarantee tours at least 60 days before departure so that travellers have enough time to make arrangements. We apologies for any inconveniences caused, and always endeavour to give our tours the "green light" as soon as possible.
