WoolOvers did respond to my final email, and I'm not sure what the technical problems were that prevented earlier messages from going through. The problem was resolved quickly, and my order did come later. A second problem, self-caused, is now, I hope being resolved. I missed noting that the sweaters were a unisex style and thus ordered a M, which in unisex sizing is MUCH bigger than the Women's M that fits me. So as general advice to anyone else, do avoid my mistake on the sizing set you're working with.

Thank you for your feed back and we are sorry to hear you are dissapointed with our delivery service. Unfortunately our standard air mail delivery service does not have a tracking facility. However we do offer other delivery services such as DPD Air classic or DPD Air Express which do allow you to track your parcel. These options are available when going through the checkout process on our website.
