If you need to return an item, good luck getting a refund. I am still waiting after more than a month after I returned the sweater.

Thank you for your feed back and we are sorry to hear you have not yet received a refund. We use a bulk shipping system for returns to get back to us. This is a cheaper alternative but can take longer to get back to us. It should also be noted that our returns department is in very busy at the moment so it may be the case that your item has got to us but has not yet been addressed. However, once we have received your return item we will notify you. If you do have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
