To return items to Woolovers please use the address below, we just have set up a return handling agent in the US so our returns label on the statement is correct but you will have to pay international postage. If you use the US address you will only pay local postage and not international, so please use the address below as it will save you money. Please attach the CN22 on the outside of the parcel, tick the box marked  ‘Gift’, in the description box write ‘Return of faulty knitwear, no duty payable’, Write 0 value in the boxes and estimate the weight. Sign and date at the bottom. If you do not have this your local Post Office should be able to provide one for you.Please complete the reverse of the statement with details of the return item and whether you would like an exchange or refund.  If an exchange is required please complete the exchange/additional items section with the item details, colour and size you require for the exchange. If you do not have the statement please include a cover note stating what you require or this email. Any differing amount will either be charged or refunded to your card. If you have paid by PayPal and there is extra to pay we will contact you with payment instructions. We now have a returns agent handling our returns from the US which is why the returns address is in the US, the parcels are then bulk shipped to us.
