It seems that my colleague did email you on January 29th to enquire if your parcel had turned up, but did not receive a response from you. Perhaps you did not receive the email because of a technical issue, or something. Anyway, we have now fully refunded you for this order, so you should see the money back in your account in 3-5 working days. Apologies for the delay. As for your other order, I can see that it was processed at our US Rebound address last week, and is currently on its way back to us. We will process this for you as soon as we have it.
