Good afternoon and thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you haven't yet received your parcel. The standard Air Mail option which you chose does not offer any tracking facility, unfortunately. Usually this shipping method takes up to 10 working days to be delivered, though it can sometimes take a little longer. There have been disruptions in the Australian postal service due to adverse weather conditions recently, which have affected the delivery times of many parcels. We have to allow 20 working days for delivery to be made, so please get back to us if your parcel hasn't been delivered by Wednesday 5th April. We hope your parcel arrives promptly.
