After returning my purchase for exchange using Air City Post, I waited for a month. To find that my return had been received, it was necessary for me to contact Woolovers which I did again yesterday and was informed that my item had been received and that an exchange was not possible. Getting information from Woolovers is like pulling teeth. Why wasn't an email with this information sent to me automatically when my return arrived? Why did I need to keep asking for information? Woolovers needs to do lots of work to upgrade customer service and communication.

Good morning and thanks for your response. We are sorry about the problems you've experienced. The Rebound returns service that we offer, though cheap, does often take a while, and we do not have a system set up to send automatic notifications of progress.
