Thank you for your review. When the Underwriter sets the Premium various factors are taken into account, they are your Pet's age, Breed, area in which you live and any personal claims submitted. As you mention the Premium increase is due to your pet getting older. You are most welcome to lower the level of cover in place at your Renewal, this can reduce the Premium but still ensure you have Insurance in place. Dear Mr Pope, thank you for your review. It is always nice to hear the service provided is good. When the Underwriter sets the Premium, various factors are taken into Account. As with any Insurance Policy any Claims submitted will have an impact on the Premium. The Claims totalled £4747 but the Lifetime Policy you have does mean should your Pet need further treatment this would be coverable.
