Good morning,
Thank you for your recent review regarding your pet insurance policy. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the arrangement to pay your monthly instalments via Premium Credit Ltd. Unfortunately, this is an arrangement we have always had for our customers who opt to pay their premium monthly. The only other option would be to pay your premium in full which we can arrange at the point of renewal, however, we appreciate that this is not always a viable choice for all customers.
Our customer service team will email you directly with regards to how are renewal premiums are set but it is worth noting that Lifetime policies will always have more expensive premiums, as each year they will provide continuation of cover from your initial start-date.
We hope that we can improve on our customer service for you and would be happy to discuss any queries or concerns that you may have.

Thank you for your review. When the Underwriter calculates the Premium, various factors are taken into account, your Pet's breed and age in particular. Our lifetime Policies provide cover for anything you have claimed for previously, but we do hope your Pet is healthy and you do not need our services in the near future.
