The blind came promptly and packaged very well. The wrong end fittings were sent with the blind and after trying to contact them by phone, which was impossible to speak to anybody as you had to leave...

poor customer service

Took 2 weeks to receive our goods and I tried calling and emailing the company to which they replied around 4 days later saying stock was low, blackout blind is really good but the vertical blinds...
