Room for improvement on goods and service.

Dispatch was slower than expected. Pole arrived with one end piece missing. Took too long to contact company both by email and phone to report missing part and request replacement.

I am delighted with the blind as ordered but delivery took about 11 days against the guaranteed 3 day delivery claimed on the website.
