Firstly can I say how disappointed we are that you feel your experience was unsatisfactory, at Trade Centre Hull we pride ourselves on our high levels of customer service. Admittedly we did make a mistake regarding the cars tax band when you were purchasing the car however as soon as it came to light we contacted you and advised you of the mistake made giving you two options either to cancel the deal or as a gesture of good will we would tax the car for 6 months at our expense and compensate you with additional fuel in the vehicle you agreed this was reasonable as we are only human and mistakes can occur and you wished to continue with the purchase.
If there were any cars incorrectly priced I can only apologise, we strive to make sure our prices are always competitive, performing price checks on a regular basis in order to make sure we are providing our customers with affordable quality motoring, unfortunately on occasion due to the fast paced environment we are in, changing both the website prices and the prices displayed in the cars takes time due to the volume of stock we have and sometimes there can be a short delay during busy periods when a price will be displayed incorrectly. However we will closely monitor this in the future to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
We have never been made aware that your CD player is not working but given the opportunity we are more than happy to carry out the necessary repairs.
