It was good to speak to you on the telephone today and get more detailed information. I am sorry to hear that, after our technicians had failed to find any issue when you initially returned the car to us, you haven't involved us in the process of trying to resolve this fault any further. Although I can see your point of view it is frustrating to find that you're unhappy with our service when you haven't realty given us a proper opportunity to help you.
