Ordered 2023 calendar in October 2022, got a 2022 calendar, can't send back because it was personalised. I could have used it as normal if it didn't have 2022 on every month of the calendar

The silicon inner lids fall out from the lid whenever they ate opened. We returned both of them and received two new ones however one continues to have this issue. Quite disappointed in the quality...

Stickers are poorly cut - the cuts don’t line up with the printed background on the stickers, so it has white lines along some edges which bothers me enough that I won’t use the affected stickers....

Nice bento boxes, good design, the boxes themselves are good quality but there were black ink marks on 2 of the 3 bento boxes, for the price I would not expect this to be acceptable, so I am a little...

Bag looks good, lovely colour, good quality.

2 of 3 bento boxes had black ink smudges on them, otherwise box itself and cooler bag seem to be good build quality.
