Poor customer service. Slow response, had to follow up several times. Couldn’t even provide a free tray after having several issues with my products.

We can only apologise for the less than speedy response during our busiest time of year. It seems that our team sent out a new tray that arrived on February 3rd however. If you didn't receive this product, please reach out to us or to Australia Post so we can investigate this delivery for you.

Unfortunately only down fall is my now kinder boy is saying things are soggy so the juice from the fruit is mixing everywhere in the lunch box 😔
