We can only apologise that your order didn't reach you as quickly as hoped. Express Post does speed up the postal portion of your order but does not put your order design ahead of other customers who have ordered before you as we print in the order designs are received. We're glad to hear that you loved your label Value Pack and hope you found the bundle discount bringing the cost to only 12cents per label was good value for you.
Responding to emails regarding a faulty product were intially agreed with and then all future emails ignored. No resolution provided
