We completely understand. As all orders print in the order they are received for each product, our Black Friday sales period caused a huge influx of sales that delayed our production times. We appreciate the great product feedback and hope that we can improve for future sales periods.

Website isn’t clear that not all large bento box tray inserts will come labeled. Apparently old stock does and new doesn’t. Still has old pictures in the description. False advertising
