We are very sorry to hear you feel this has been your experience. We do not any have record of you having reached out to our customer service team at Stuck On You regarding your stamp other than your PayPal dispute.
Our records show that your delivery arrived on December 20th and your PayPal dispute specifically indicates that you had in fact received 2 items but were disputing a duplicate charge. The second charge you have indicated is from Jairus which is the company that owns our competitor Tiny Me so it is likely you've ordered from 2 different websites as we are completely separate companies. We are sorry this has upset you enough to leave such a poor review for something outside of our control however feel this situation does not fall under our level of responsibility.
