Hi Mike, thank you for taking your time to leave us feedback concerning your order. Looking in the system concerning your order, you ordered the items on Friday evening, we shipped them on Monday, and they were delivered on Tuesday - which is 1-2 working days.
Regarding the packaging, we simply wanted to ensure that the items you ordered (which were small in size) will get to you, since many times these small things can be lost; and if the package is small, it can be ripped off. It is similar to when you buy online on other shopping sites, they always send the items safely in a bigger box.
Regarding the delivery charge, we offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount, and if your order is under that amount, there's a charge - which ensures a next-day tracked delivery via courier! Thank you again for shopping with us at Sparks :)
