I’ve used Sparks before and they have always been efficient & never let me down. This time I bought one product that was wrong but they identified this & called me to advise me of the correct product.
Sparks Direct stocked a specific dimmer switch that was unavailable elsewhere. Having ordered online, we were able to collect it within a few hours and were assisted by a helpful, courteous team.

One of the products I ordered wasn't available but the firm suggested a suitable alternative to which I agreed. Good service in my opinion and my stuff arrived within 2 days. Lovely.
