Too much paperwork and no summary sheet.

My wife is not computer literate, I sent an email asking how we could contact them if something happened to me; I got no reply. I don't understand their documentation, I couldn't get a summary sheet...

Within the documentation there is a schedule (page 12 onwards) which details the levels of cover provided and is to be read in conjunction with the policy wording, however if you wish to check anything in more detail please do not hesitate to give us a call on the number below. You haven't said how my wife would receive/read your documents if anything happened to me; she is 76 years old and is computer illiterate. Additionally I cannot afford to print all the documentation.

I had to chase up everything myself they weren't bothered.

I was not contacted to renew. After I phoned up myself they did not phone back. Didn't seem to want my business.
