So far I can only rate the sales experience. I found the web site easy to use and all arrived quickly and looks good. I have not yet tried to use any of it.
The box the gift arrived in was crushed! Sending a flimsy box in a plastic bag was totally wrong, It should have been shipped in a box to protect the toy box which was going to be given as a gift.
They are not shipping what I ordered and supposedly issueing a refund MINUS the shipping charge. In other words this is a SCAM to keep the shipping charge of $9.95. I WILL NEVER EVER EVEN CONSIDER...
