no issues with gift certificates at this time but have no confidence in the online ordering system for purchasing gift certificates, follow up email system, etc.

Four stars, because the fragment was missing from the original shipment. Five stars for taking care of it. I applied the fragment to the base. Now, the product looks like it just came from the factory. Thank you.
