Thanks for pointing out the problem with your docs. We know there's a bug in Firefox that doesn't always allow in-browser reading of pdf files. It looks like that's what happened in your case. Unfortunately, until Mozilla fix the Firefox bug, there isn't a lot we can do about it. In the meantime, you might want to consider disabling the built-in pdf viewer. Here's how: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-built-pdf-viewer-and-use-another-viewer And if you ever need proof of your insurance, we're happy to email your docs as attachments.
