It’s often the case that more complex underwriting takes longer than expected, and our communication can be limited during that time. We’re aware that can be frustrating but, to some extent, we’re bound by the insurer and its processes. We’ll look at providing more regular updates in the future. By way of explanation, you dealt with more than one person because Sarah, your account executive, was on holiday and in training at various times over the month. Although she sent you an email to let you know, we didn’t say that Kerri-Ann, our head of customer service, would pick up your file in her absence. I’m sorry if that was confusing or inconvenient.
