I'm sorry you had trouble getting to grips with your documents. We know there's a lot to go through – unfortunately we have to tick various compliance boxes and that can mean saying the same thing more than once. We put as much in plain English as we can but certain things can't change (the policy wording, for example). 

That said, we'll look at how we bundle docs together to see if we can make things a bit clearer. We do separate and label the various docs when we email them, and your certificates should've been easy to spot, but if can improve the way we do that we will. Thanks for highlighting.
