I like your suggestion for making the paperwork easier to read. Even though we've tried to condense as much as we can, we realise there's still quite a lot to go through – any thoughts on making it easier to navigate are welcome.

Just so you know, the reason you've seen some things twice is because we've made information about the insurance available you buy it, which we then confirm again you buy it. To do this, some of the documents you have are 'static' (they don't change) and some are 'dynamic' (they change so they're specific to you and your business).

For example, the policy wording, our terms of business and the summary of cover are 'static' documents. What you read pre-purchase is the same post-purchase.

The policy schedule, the statement of fact, your certificates and your invoice are all 'dynamic'. These contain information particular to you and are generated when you buy your insurance. It's worth double-checking these are right.

We always recommend reading as much as you can manage. However, if you find there's simply too much to get through, feel free to call us. We're here to help and we'll happily explain anything that's not clear.
