Hi there, We are so sorry to hear that your pool arrived with a tear, this certainly isn't a standard that we expect from any of our products. We also apologise for the delay in getting back to you. Your photo was received on Sunday 24th August but unfortunately, we were closed over the Bank Holiday I'm afraid. A member of our customer service team picked this up as soon as we were back in the office on Tuesday 26th August to assist with arranging a replacement at a local store. We hope that this is now fully resolved, however, if you do have any further queries regarding your purchase or any future orders, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

We are deeply sorry to hear that you have had such a poor experience with DPD, this certainly isn't standard that we expect from them in any way. We pride ourselves on offering speedy and reliable delivery service and to hear that we have been let down by DPD on these occasions is incredibly disappointing. This has been raised with our DPD account manager as well as your local depot for further investigation and we can reassure you that all courier delays are taken with the utmost sincerity. We also apologise if you found any previous correspondence with us to be dismissive, this absolutely wasn't our intention at all.
