Several items were missing from the order when I went to pick it up. Luckily I noticed, and they were still in stock, but I'd be very wary of placing another online order.

We are so sorry to hear that your pool arrived with a tear, this certainly isn't a standard that we expect from any of our products. We also apologise for the delay in getting back to you. Your photo was received on Sunday 24th August but unfortunately, we were closed over the Bank Holiday I'm afraid.
A member of our customer service team picked this up as soon as we were back in the office on Tuesday 26th August to assist with arranging a replacement at a local store.
