I am sorry to learn that your order arrived later than anticipated, Royal mail are usually very good and aim to deliver within 24 hours from dispatch however this is not a guaranteed service.
In regards of your telephone calls to us, we would not be able to reimburse you for the cost of calling us as you had chosen to call us and we do have alternative ways of getting in contact via our contact form on our website.
