I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in your recent order with us and that your order arrived later than anticipated. Your order required a production lead time of 48 hours before being dispatched on your chosen delivery method as stated on our website.
Your chosen delivery method was Royal mail 48 which is formally known as 2nd class mail, therefore you order was sent on this delivery method you had chosen. Royal mail are usually very good and aim to deliver within 48 hours however this is not a tracked or a guaranteed service, so I am sorry to hear this arrived later than anticipated.
