The item should fill: - 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 14 x 18” Foil Balloons Float Magic is recommended to be used on 9" latex balloons and bigger. If you add too much, the balloon will not hold the weight for long and the floatation time will be shorter than expected. If you add too little and do not coat the entirety of the balloon, helium will still seep out and the flotation time will also be less than expected. Unfortunately there was no balloons purchase on your order, so we are unable to guarentee the quality or size of the balloons. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been. we want to reassure you that all helium cylinders are pressure-tested before dispatch, and under normal use, each large cylinder should inflate approximately: •50 x 9” latex balloons •25 x 11” latex balloons •20 x 12” latex balloons •20 x 18” foil balloons •Or 3–4 large foil number/letter balloons Please could we kindly ask you to respond to the email we’ve sent, as we require a bit more information than was provided in your message. Thanks for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear that one of the canisters was almost empty. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide. All cylinders are pressure checked, before being dispatched. We're glad the second one helped save the day, but we'd be happy to offer a refund or replacement for the empty canister.
