Thank you for your reply. No gravels will arrive 'clean'. They are produced in washing plants using recycled water that inevitable leaves a dusty residue behind. This washes off with a rain shower to reveal the true colour of the stone. The website picture shows the product wet and as with all gravels and chippings, colours are amplified when wet.
