Unfortunately, in some cases it is difficult to give a delivery date for certain products without an order. It is a great drain on resources when a customer says they want an order for a certain day and then change their mind and cancel after all the arrangements have been made.

Thank you for your response. Your order stated you wanted a PM delivery. I am afraid choosing a delivery time is not possible and your delivery confirmation clearly showed your delivery date and the delivery window of 0800-1800hrs.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, electric pallet trolleys are not always available or neccesary. Provided a customers premises satisfy our delivery criteria there will be no issue with manual trolley offload. We have one of the largest ranges of gabion stone in the UK with all our distributors using the same delivery method.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, we were badly let down by the courier who failed to inform us there was in issue with the delivery. The goods were on the delivery vehicle for delivery on the requested day but for some reason the driver decided to return to the yard with the goods still on the vehicle. The first we heard was the next day when you contacted us. Please accept our sincere apologies.
