Thank you for your feedback Ryan. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable you mentioned significantly.

If you were to pay back the loan earlier than the full term you could be entitled to a statutory rebate making the total amount you need to repay less and potentially the amount you said if you spoke with one of our team. The full costs and payment amounts are also noted when signing the agreement.
