I tried to cancel my loan within the 7 days period. But you can't seem to get through when ringing them and you can log in on your account... Now I am going to be debt for two years. They interest is...

Thank you for your feedback. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Contrary to the 7 days you mentioned all customers have a 14 day grace period to withdraw from the agreement after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. If you would like to continue with the withdrawal of your loan I can ask one of our team to call you directly if you are having trouble getting through to us. Service was good apart from the password lock which prevented the signdoc rep to open paperwork which put the loan back
