I could not receive any emails from Lanz for return. When I called customer service emails still did not come through. I finally received a return label and took it to the UPS.

LESS THAN LUXURIOUS
Easy to order and delivery was in a reasonable time. Lanz nightgown is of a thin flannel and has many loose threads all over it. How disappointing.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, and I couldn’t be happier with my robe and nightgown. High quality and great shipping. Wish there were non-holiday solids or prints in this shorter flannel nightgown.
