Good quick service/delivery. Realise it was a large item but the delivery costs were high.

Dear Ms Juniper, I can only apologise for our oversight, I can assure you that your goods will be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow, I have also arranged for a refund of your carriage charge for this order.
