Knight Air products may be fine but the washing up liquid was never delivered by DPD, their courier. Sorry, KAP, but if you use a rubbish courier then you will take the flak for their poor service.

Dear Mr Wilson,
Please accept our since apologies for this 1 day delay to your delivery, I can assure you that this is not the usual service that we receive from DPD, I underestand that it was caused by an operator error with their PDA scanner, thankfully the text and email service from DPD alerted you to the problem.
