Very quick to send samples and headboard when ordered. The headboard is of a high quality. I would recommend this company.

Excellent product, very comfortable.
Purchasing process obviously aimed at organisations that can claim back VAT.
As a single buyer rather annoyed that VAT wasn't mentioned until the last page....

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you found the product excellent. Regarding the VAT we do show the price including VAT on the product page and every page throughout the checkout process.
The beds arrived as expected. However 2 of the caster were very difficult to fit. One had to be drilled out in order to fit the caster. I rang and left a message but no one contacted me
