Yes I will definitely recommend your firm. The staff who delivered the matttrass, was curtious, helpful, and fast.
My only complain us that the times of delivery are too long. I ended having to wait...

Great service although they dispatched 3 beds when I ordered only one. The quality of the bed is very good. It takes some skills and about 3 hours to put it together. I would recommend this product.

We.complained about the dipping of the mattress after just a few weeks and sent photos but nothing was done

Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and we have replied to your email asking for an image and advised once we have this we will look into replacing for you immediately. We had not received any reply and had called but was unable to leave a message. I have just emailed and also tried to call but am still unable to leaver a message. If you would like to contact me and I will have this issue rectified immediately.
