Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel this way but we do advertise this on the site and when you check out and also on booking delivery in so it should not have been a surprise. The reason for this is we are a contract supplier as opposed to a home delivery company and are not insured to deliver products to room of choice. We are happy to deliver into the hall way though and the driver would have been more thank happy to do this.
