The bed is Great. However, to send one man and his van to deliver it was not so good.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you found the bed to be great, as we are a contract supplier and are normally unloaded by hotels we do only send this on a one man service, we do advise this on the site as well as when we arrange the delivery.
Great bed, great price, great customer service and contact from the company. Only thing could have been improved was having two delivery crew rather than one. These are heavy items and I had to help...

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you found the bed and price great. As we are a contract supplier the hotels will normally have porters to unload hence why it is a one man delivery service rather than a room of choice delivery service. Our drivers will normally help as much as possible though.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you found the bases great. We have just signed off on a new fleet of 12 vans so this will stop future issue's.
Excellent service good quality bed. Very robust construction (unlike some others!) plus great delivery driver (also unlike some others). Put to use immediately and is proving good so far.

Very happy with purchase. Order and delivery quick, easy, on time. Zip and link king size, Good quality, nicely finished, and very comfortable mattress.
