I ordered the bed on a Monday and it arrived on Thursday of that week, on time and complete. The bed is perfect for my B & B business. All who have slept on it so far have had a great night's sleep.

Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you found you found the service excellent. Regarding the headboard it was ordered as wall mounted therefore the back is not covered so that the wall mounted fittings can be used. Regarding the delivery we do state this on the site that we do not deliver upstairs as we are not insured to do so.

Thank you for your review. I am surprised regarding the lack of communication comment as we notify the delivery day once by phone and then twice by email as we do not want to waste a trip. We do also advise that delivery is to the threshold of the building as we are not insured to carry upstairs.
