Order my bed on the 11/06/18 and still haven't recivied it due to the coloured material I wanted on the base being out of stock ...so much for the 5 day delivery..not happy

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies. I have looked into this and we are waiting for the grey fabric to come back into stock. We did advise within an hour of the order being placed that the fabric had literally gone out of stock and offered an alternative fabric choice. I understand from you email that you was happy to wait and we advised the date the fabric will be available and the date the bed would be delivered to you.
Please do accept my apologies that there has been a delay in your order.
This is the third order we have placed for beds and headboards for our hotel. The beds are of high quality, the mattresses very comfortable, and the delivery times are within a few days of ordering...
