The product was great but the courier didn’t phone in advance (as said they would) and then left the beds at the front door for my elderly husband to try to get inside...

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies that you did not get a call prior to delivery and that the beds were left by the front door. It was an agency driver used that day as we had a driver on holiday and he should have put it in the hallway but we cannot deliver upstairs as we are not insured and do state this on the website. I am pleased you found the product great.
