Thank you for your review and I would like to apologise regaqrding the delivery. We do not deliver this on our transport like the beds and were trying out a new courier and have since gone to another company for reasons similar to your experience.
I am pleased that the issue with the arm has now been corrected and that you are pleased with the sofa,

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you found the product great quality. Please accept my apologies that the packaging arrived wet. I have looked into this and it was pouring with rain when loaded at 4.00AM and the electric shutters on the loading back would not open so transport good not get the lorries inside to load them as we would normally do and everything was being carried outside to load. This should have been dried when loaded so please accept our apologies.
Regarding the delivery we do deliver with driver only and do confirm when booking the delivery in that it is a curb side delivery.
