Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you find the quality of the mattresses great. I will speak to our transport department and find which driver this was as we do try to carry all products into the entrance of the property.
Advice over the phone was good.
Time from order to delivery short.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you find the beds to be good. Regards the delivery we do only delivery with one driver and do advise this when booking delivery in. We do not deliver to room of choice as not insured and only deliver to entrance of building as not insured past that.
