Nice guy but poor . Took two weeks. Then the engineer brought the wrong door, which wasn’t his fault. Told me he’d be back in a couple of days. It was then 9 days later before I got it fixed.
I got the machine fixed by a local tradesman. I did ring Hoover customer service and they were helpful but the costs they quoted were more than I wanted to pay
